2023 – 2024 Impact Report

THE GOAL //

Highlight youth voices. Celebrate impact. This year’s annual report needed to reflect the incredible work Eva’s accomplished with the help of their donors in 2023 – 2024, while placing youth leadership and lived experience at the forefront. It had to serve as a meaningful touchpoint, combining powerful personal stories, data-driven results, and a sense of forward momentum.

OUR SOLUTION //

A bold, engaging design.

We designed a printed, magazine-like piece alongside a downloadable PDF—allowing Eva’s to share the content in multiple formats. With a stronger emphasis on data, the report features large, digestible impact stats throughout, making key outcomes and progress impossible to miss.

At the same time, we helped shape a more concise and visual format that makes room for photography and storytelling. The goal: to feel more like a celebration than a summary.

THE PROCESS //

Truly a team effort.

We work closely with the Eva’s team, acting as an extension of their in-house capacity—offering ideas, exploring directions, and developing a solution that balances creativity with clarity.

Back in 2021, when we first partnered on the report, we had the opportunity to collaborate with participants from Eva’s in-house graphic design and print shop program. Youth contributed feedback on early concepts and played a role in the creative process—then took on printing the final piece. This year the program continued to support production, printing the final piece, keeping youth connected to the final outcome.

SUCCESS //

Impact to be proud of.

By combining data, real stories, and thoughtful design, the report helped Eva’s engage its supporters and highlight the leadership of the youth they serve. We’re excited to keep evolving this work together and supporting this great organization.
