The Fusion team was fortunate enough to attend this year’s DesignThinkers Vancouver conference this past week and Brent Long, our Director of Client Happiness, lead a Business focused workshop called The Upside Down Triangle: Finding focus in your creative career.

The workshop delved into the question of whether having “more” in your business is truly beneficial from both a financial and mental health perspective. It tackled some real-life challenges of constantly pursuing more in creative careers—more projects, more clients, more work, more money, more employees, and more space. The session highlighted the importance of refining strategies for managing overwhelming situations in these areas.
